MARSHALL, Minn. — Trevor Bynum has been hired to lead The Schwan Food Co.’s foodservice business. He will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the subsidiary, according to the company.

Bynum was previously vice president and general manager of WhiteWave Foods’ channels business, which included foodservice, club stores, drug stores and discount stores. He also has held leadership, general management and marketing roles with other WhiteWave Food divisions and with General Mills Inc., Minneapolis.
