The Bavarian Chicken Sandwich features a whole chicken breast fillet, beer cheese spread, Applewood bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and honey mustard, served on a pretzel roll made from Einstein Noah’s signature bagel dough. The Napa Valley Chicken Sandwich is also prepared with a whole chicken breast fillet and topped with melted Brie cheese, sweet fig jam, red onion, organic arugula and a spread of garlic aioli on a potato roll.
