BRISTOW, Okla. – Unitherm Food Systems Inc. recently named Mark Smith as its CEO. Smith will oversee all aspects of daily operations and strategic planning for the company.

David Howard, founder of Unitherm, will be actively involved with the business as chairman with a focus on product and business development.

Smith spent nine years in commercial banking and private equity, and 16 years in leadership roles with Daydots Inc. and Ecolab Inc. He is credited with guiding Daydots through its early stages of development, rapid growth and eventual sale to Ecolab.

Smith holds a bachelor's of business administration degree in finance and a master's of business administration from Baylor Univ.
