By focusing on the localization and customization of each ballpark menu, we're able to provide a unique experience for every guest who comes through the turnstile."
Aramark is able to evaluate which items are fan-favorites and which items need improvement using data analytics and customer feedback from the previous season.
Among Aramark's new line-up: the Fried Egg Burger, Mozzarella Cheese Burger and Portobello Burger which are handmade Fenway Park in Boston; Nolan Ryan Beef 8-oz. Single Burgers, Bacon Burgers and Mushroom Swiss Burgers at Minute Maid Park in Houston; and The Closer, which is an overstuffed grilled cheese sandwich with four slices of thick-cut sourdough, nine different cheeses, candied bacon and a leek and granny smith apple compote at PNC Park in Pittsburg.
