Maple Leaf Farms adds Duck Bacon & Sweet Corn Wontons to its line-up of duck meat appetizers.

LEESBURG, Ind. – Maple Leaf Farms has developed a finger-food with pluck. The duck producer is offering its Duck Bacon & Sweet Corn Wontons to foodservice operators.

The product features applewood smoked duck bacon, charred sweet corn and cream cheese in a wonton. The company said the product allows restaurants to add duck to their menus that is easy to prepare and reasonably priced.

The wontons average 1.2 oz. and are packed in 25 piece trays — four trays per 7.5-lb. case. The wontons are the latest addition to Maple Leaf Farms' line of appetizers made with duck meat which also includes quesadillas, pot stickers, spring rolls and Duck Wings.
