WILDER, IDAHO — Sam Rovit has been named chief executive officer of CTI Foods, a manufacturer of food products for the foodservice industry in North America. Rovit succeeds Robert Horowitz, who will become chairman of the board.

Prior to joining CTI Foods, Rovit was president of Kraft Foods’ refrigerated meats business. Prior to that, Rovit was president and CEO of Swift & Co.
