SEAFORD, Del. – Joe Moran was appointed executive director of operations at Allen Harim, the company announced. Moran will oversee operational strategies for the company’s processing facilities in Harbeson and Cordova, Del. He also will responsible for quality and food safety, transportation, environmental and strategic sourcing departments.

Moran has more than 30 years of experience in poultry industry. Most recently, he served as chief operations officer at Mountaire Farms in Millsboro, Del. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from James Madison Univ., Harrisonburg, Va.
