DURHAM, NC – Zoetis Inc., a Florham Park, NJ-based global animal health company, has taken steps to provide hatchery operations with more automated solutions with its recent acquisition of KL Products, Inc., a leader in automation systems for the poultry industry headquartered in London, Ontario, Canada. Zoetis announced the completion of the acquisition Aug. 6. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
