MANHATTAN, Kan. – Greg Page, executive chairman at Cargill, will speak at Kansas State Univ. about climate change. Page will present “Climate Change and the Future of Food Production” on Oct. 12 as part of the university’s Henry C. Gardiner Global Food Systems Lecture Series. Admission is free and open to the public.

Page became CEO of Cargill in 2007 and chairman later that same year, according to the company. He was elected to the Cargill board of directors in 2000 and served as president of the company from 2000-2011. Page joined Cargill in 1974 as a trainee in its feed division and has held various leadership positions in the company's businesses in Asia and North America.
Page retired as Cargill’s CEO in 2013, but continues to serve as executive chairman.
