Export fees for animal drugs, biologics, devices or animal food will be $175 for the first certificate, $155 for the first duplicate original and $70 for each subsequent copy.
The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) granted FDA the authority to begin charging fees for export certification for human and animal food to match fees for other FDA-regulated products. The agency issues export certificates for products that are marketed legally in the United States in addition to products that are not legally marketed in the US but are approved by the importing company.
FDA has posted to its website related guidancedocuments.
