FAYETTEVILLE, Ill. – Deli Star Corp.’s ambitions to advance current and future customer relationships took a step forward with the opening of the company’s innovation center in downtown St. Louis, Mo. The center will hold a grand opening celebration Feb. 26.
The facility features a restaurant-style kitchen for R&D, adjoining conference rooms, office space and additional meeting spaces. Deli Star said the new center will enable customers to work side-by-side with Deli Start’s R&D team and chefs.
“Our new second home provides a custom location to help our customers grow, while giving us an arena to showcase our products, speed R&D and boost our AMVAC fresh meat division,” Justin Siegel, president of Deli Star, said in a statement. “The center’s close proximity to Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and the St. Louis metro area’s business zone makes it an ideal and enticing place for us to welcome our existing partners and potential new partners.”
The Innovation Center’s location also is close to Deli Star’s home base of Fayetteville, where the company operates an SQF-accredited meat processing plant.
