MONROEVILLE, Pa.–A fast-casual and custom pizza concept will soon hit the Quaker state. Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza announced on March 14 (Pi Day) that it will bring a new dining experience in the Monroeville area in May.
Each restaurant will feature an interactive open-kitchen format that allows guests to customize the menu’s signature pizza or create their own.
”Blaze Pizza has a lot in common with Monroeville — we both take pride in our community and our food,” said Phil Sero, vice president of operations for Blaze Pizza in the Pittsburgh area. ”Monroeville diners will love our modern, fast take on a traditional favorite. We are thrilled to bring this one-of-a-kind concept to the people of Pennsylvania, and what better day to announce this exciting news than on Pi Day?”
Driven by its commitment to “Intelligent Choices for Our Pizzas, People & Planet,” the restaurant will be constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, use eco-friendly packaging and feature energy-efficient LED lighting. The 3,075 sq. ft. interior will include seating for more than 75 inside and an additional 20 seats on an outdoor patio. Fast Fire’d Pizza, known for its custom-built artisanal pizzas, fresh salads, blood orange lemonade and s’more pies.
