Morse comes to Arby’s from SeaWorld, where she led technology teams that supported 12 parks and the company’s corporate headquarters. She is credited with driving a number of innovations, including an enterprise mobile app for managing park wait time, providing guest information, food pre-order capability, a mobile wallet for one-touch purchasing and other functions.
“Given the rapid evolution and increasingly important role of technology in our industry, I am looking forward to the expertise that Darla brings to our team,” Brown said. “She will guide the brand’s technology initiatives going forward with the objective of continuing to enhance the restaurant experience for our guests while driving operational efficiencies for our franchisees.”
Morse brings 22 years of experience to her new role at Arby’s. Before joining SeaWorld, she worked for Walt Disney World, where she was part of the team that developed Disney’s wristband, which enabled Disney to provide personalized offers to visitors, shift demand within the park and drive revenues within the park.
