DENVER – Keith Guilbault will take over as brand president for Qdoba Mexican Eats, which is a subsidiary of Jack in the Box Inc. He succeeds Tim Casey who resigned from the company to pursue other career interests.

Guilbault most recently served as Qdoba’s COO, a position he held since March. He also was senior vice president and CMO for the Jack in the Box brand where he directed all marketing functions, including marketing communications, advertising, media and merchandising, as well as oversight of the brand’s menu strategy and other functions integral to product development and marketing, including R&D, regional marketing and social engagement.

Guilbault joined Jack in the Box in 2004 as a regional vice president in central California. He subsequently held several positions of increasing responsibility, including division vice president of brand innovation and regional marketing, division vice president of operations initiatives and vice president of franchising.
Before joining Jack in the Box, Guilbault held management positions for several companies including Freemarkets, Inc. in Pittsburgh, a strategic sourcing technology provider; Priceline Webhouse Club in Greenwich, Connecticut, an online auction forum; and Mobil Oil Corporation in Los Angeles.
Guilbault holds a master’s of business administration from Pepperdine Univ., and a bachelor’s in marketing from the Univ. of Rhode Island.
