LAUREL, Miss. – The third-largest poultry producer in the US, Sanderson Farms, has named Natalie Flynt its new marketing product specialist. Flynt will be responsible for handling activities that concern Sanderson’s products, gathering customer specifications for all Sanderson’s brand and private label products and working closely with other teams within the company such as sales, customer service and quality assurance to ensure products and packaging line up with requests from customers .
Flynt is a graduate of Jones County Junior College, earning an Associate of Arts degree with a concentration in business. She then moved to Mississippi State Univ., earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing.
At the start of her career with Sanderson Farms, Flynt was a recruiting coordinator, responsible for events such as the Super Chicken Road Show, International Production and Processing Expo and the company’s Summer Internship Program. She also conducted student tours of the company’s processing facilities and oversaw the status of applicants for the Sanderson’s Corporate Trainee Program. Flynt’s promotion is part of the company’s efforts to expand marketing functions in order to support a growing customer base.
