MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. – Arrowsight Inc., a provider of Remote Video Auditing (RVA) services, announced the addition of Mike Siemens, Ph.D., as a senior member of its Agri-Business division. Siemens previously worked as Global Leader – Animal Welfare and Husbandry at Cargill for 10 years.

Cargill started using RVA services in its protein operations when it became an Arrowsight client in 2008. Arrowsight’s RVA offerings to the meat and poultry industry include farm-to-fork operations. These applications include risk mitigation within animal welfare, food safety, quality, bio-security and worker safety as well as margin applications such as yields, throughputs and labor optimization.
