Melbourne, Florida, residents should have no shortage of bacon. Lucky’s Market recently opened its newest location in the city, and held a ceremonial “bacon cutting” to celebrate the occasion.

“Ribbons are for vegetarians,” according to the Lucky’s Market-Melbourne website.

Lucky’s Markets celebrate the opening of each new store by cutting a slab of in-house smoked bacon. The chain features an extensive variety of in-house smoked bacon and house-made sausages in its stores.

Bacon sold at Lucky’s Markets is free of synthetic nitrates and nitrates, according to the company’s website.
