HUNT VALLEY, Md. — McCormick & Co. is answering consumers’ call for adventurous flavors and easy formats with the launch of 17 new products. The new spring lineup offers simple mealtime solutions, such as quick marinades, baking mixes and sauces, and delivers a range of regional tastes and global flavors, including Hawaiian Woodfire Grill Marinade and Brazilian Steakhouse Seasoning.
“Beyond spicy or tangy, consumers want to experience the authentic flavors of places like Hawaii, New Orleans and Brazil,” said Virginia Jordan, vice-president of marketing for McCormick. “Our new products make it easy to enjoy these tastes at home, whether adding a splash of Cajun Hot Sauce to fried chicken or marinating steak in our Korean BBQ marinade.”

Two new additions are joining McCormick’s Grill Mates seasonings portfolio: Bacon Chipotle and Brazilian Steakhouse.
Designed for chicken, pork or vegetables, the Bacon Chipotle seasoning features a smoky blend of bacon, chipotle chili pepper and onion.
Brazilian Steakhouse seasoning, inspired by South American cuisine, is made with black pepper, parsley, garlic and onion. The blend works well with grilled beef, pork or shrimp.

McCormick is expanding its Grill Mates marinades lineup with three new varieties: Smokehouse Mesquite, Hawaiian Woodfire Grill and Garlic, Herb and Wine. The 30-minute marinades come in single-use packages, contain no high-fructose corn syrup and flavor up to two lbs. of meat.
Smokehouse Mesquite marinade features a blend of tomato, onion, garlic and chili pepper and is ideal for chicken, pork and beef. Garlic, Herb and Wine marinade is made with garlic, herbs and wine and works well with chicken, seafood and pork.
Hawaiian Woodfire Grill marinade consists of pineapple, soy, ginger and bell peppers and pairs well with pork, chicken, shrimp and salmon.

McCormick’s new Steakhouse Burgers Sauce Mix-Ins flavor, Southwest Chipotle, packs a blend of chipotle, bell pepper and garlic. Each single use package seasons four to six patties.
McCormick’s Grill Mates Korean BBQ marinade mix is a sweet and savory blend of roasted garlic, sesame seed and soy sauce. Containing no high-fructose corn syrup, the mix is ideal for use with short ribs, pork, beef and chicken.
McCormick’s Stubb’s brand is introducing four gluten-free seasoning mixes designed for different types of meat. The Beef Marinade Mix features soy, garlic and red pepper; Texas Steakhouse Marinade Mix features ancho chili and garlic; Chicken Marinade Mix features citrus and onion; and Pork Marinade Mix features chili, lime and ginger.
