SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Blimpie introduced three new sandwiches featuring lean turkey highlighted by unique and flavor as limited-time offer beginning May 1.
The promotional turkey sandwiches feature one hot sub, the Smoky Turkey, and two cold deli-style subs: The Savory Turkey and the Spicy Turkey.
“We are excited to offer three delicious options for turkey lovers,” said Steve Evans, Blimpie’s senior vice president of marketing. “We took our No. 1 best-selling deli meat and created three unique sandwiches with new taste profiles and exciting flavors.”
The Savory Turkey is a cold sub served on a white roll that features turkey, roast beef, Havarti cheese, spinach, onion and a rosemary peppercorn dressing. The Smoky Turkey is a hot panini sandwich served on a pretzel bread with turkey, Havarti cheese, bacon, tomatoes and smoky aioli. Finally, the Spicy Turkey is placed on a white roll with turkey, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, crispy jalapenos and sriracha aioli.
