OMAHA – York Label announced it has acquired Southern Atlantic Label.

Located in Chesapeake, Va. Southern Atlantic Label, which was founded in 1972 and employs 130 people, said its primary market segment is food, including poultry, deli meats, cooking oils and sauces, in addition to beverages, durable goods, healthcare and personal care.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but the transaction was 100% funded via new capital infusion by Diamond Castle Holdings and York Label management.
