Tijuana Flats Hardly Homemade take-home taco meal kit
The company said 'Hardly Homemade' taco option provides easy alternative to cooking at home.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Tex-Mex fast-casual concept Tijuana Flats unveiled its twist on the meal kit with the launch of the chain’s “Hardly Homemade” take-home taco meal kit.

The kit includes meat (chicken and beef) toppings (jalapeños, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and cheese), tortillas and chips. The Hardly Homemade kit will be available for take-out from all Tijuana Flats restaurants starting July 24 and on UberEATS starting July 19.

“We developed the ‘Hardly Homemade’ Kit as a way to offer a quick and convenient meal for families that didn’t require them to place full catering orders,” said CEO Larry Ryback. “With the new school year just around the corner, we think now is the perfect time to launch this concept as families begin preparing for the return of after-school practices and homework sessions.”

The Hardly Homemade taco meal kit is priced at $31.99 and feeds up to six people.
