The project includes a 222,000-sq.-ft. expansion and renovation of the current facility in Manassas, Virginia, in the Brentsville Magisterial District of Prince William County. The project, which US Foods expects to be completed by the end of 2018, will increase the total useable floor space to more than 446,000 sq. ft.

Additionally, the Prince William Board of County Supervisors approved an agreement between US Foods and the Industrial Development Authority of Prince William County which assigns a $350,000 grant towards the construction of a new facility and purchase of new equipment. The Virginia Jobs Investment Program will provide employee training.
