Taylor has held multiple roles during his 17-year career at the company. He joined Brinker in 1999 as vice president of finance before moving on to lead corporate affairs and investor relations. He most recently has been serving as interim CFO since April. Taylor was vice president for Banc America Securities and Bank of America Inc. before joining Brinker.

As of the fourth quarter ended June 28, Brinker owned, operated or franchised 1,622 Chili’s restaurants and 52 Maggiano’s restaurants.
