Salman joined the Middleby Bakery Group as president in 2015. He played a significant role in opening the company’s Bakery Innovation Center in Plano, Texas, and another facility in India.
“Mark has proven his effective leadership through the successful and swift expansion of the Middleby Bakery Group, the opening of several bakery innovation centers, and through the new technologies he has delivered to the market,” said Selim Bassoul, chairman and CEO, The Middleby Corp.
Salman has more than 30 years of domestic and worldwide leadership experience in the baking manufacturing industry, which include new product development, project design and management. Bassoul said Salman’s strong customer relationships and understanding of their needs is a tremendous asset to Middleby’s brands.
