Applegate Naturals Pork & Beef Pepperoni and Applegate Naturals Turkey Pepperoni use dry-curing techniques – adding salt and drying to a desired moisture level – which means the unopened product doesn’t need to be refrigerated. The Applegate Naturals Pork & Beef Pepperoni combines pork with grass-fed beef and the Naturals Turkey Pepperoni is made with leaner turkey. The products feature a new flavor profile including a coarser grind of meat and enhanced savory spices for a more authentic and artisanal flavor.
