The Middleby Corp. develops, manufactures, markets and services equipment used in the commercial foodservice, food processing and residential kitchen equipment industries. In late March, the company announced the acquisition of another Italy-based supplier, Ve.Ma.C., a manufacturer of automation and robotics technology for food processing companies.
