KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Following recent leadership changes at Multivac Inc., the company announced two additional changes to its sales and marketing team. Pat Hughes has been named the new vice president of Sales and Marketing and Bob Koch will assume the role of Northeast Region Sales Director.

On March 20, the company announced Matt Malott will assume the role of president and CEO of its US business, effective July 1. Malott will replace Jim Campbell, who will return to Multivac UK as the company’s managing director as well as filling the role of chairman of the board of Multivac Inc. and Multivac Canada. 

Hughes will take on the role of vice president of Sales and Marketing on July 1. Hughes joined Multivac in 1990. His previous roles include Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, and since 2014 he has served as the Northeast Region Sales Director.

Bob Koch

Koch joined Multivac as a Regional Sales Manager in December of 2000, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the job. In August 2001, he was promoted to Director of Sales Administration. From 2003 to 2013, Koch focused on food sales as the Sales Director. Since 2013, he has led the development and growth of the Medical and Pharmaceutical markets for Multivac US as the MCI Sales Director. Koch will assume his new position as Northeast Region Sales Director on July 1.
