CHICAGO – Greencore Group plc, a leading international manufacturer of convenience foods, named Anton Vincent CEO of the company’s US subsidiary, Greencore USA.
Vincent joined Greencore in July from General Mills where he began his career in 1993. He most recently was president of the company’s $3 billion US snacks division. He served in various leadership roles at General Mills, including president of Frozen Frontier division and president of Baking division.
“Since February 2018, we have stabilized performance, refined our strategy and strengthened our team in the US,” said Patrick Covene, Greencore CEO. “Anton will help us to build on momentum in the US, as we drive substantial growth and improve returns in our US business. He brings outstanding leadership skills, deep commercial expertise and strong US food industry relationships. At Greencore, Vincent will oversee operations that include 13 plant locations across the US.
