MINNEAPOLIS – Meat snack maker Lorissa’s Kitchen is launching a new flavor profile in hopes that consumers will gobble it up. The company announced the addition of Herb Roasted Turkey Cuts to its portfolio of grass-fed beef and chicken-based sticks and strips, which will be featured at the NACS Show Oct. 7-10 in Las Vegas. It will be available to retailers nationwide beginning in February 2019. The new product is made from turkey breast meat that contains no antibiotics, hormones or added monosodium glutamate, nitrites, nitrates or artificial flavors.
The latest addition to Lorissa’s line of on-the-go snacks will be sold in 2.5-oz. bags with each serving containing 80 calories and 1 g. of fat. The suggested retail price is $5.99
