CHICAGO — Melissa B. Lora, a longtime executive with Taco Bell Corp., has been named to the board of directors of Conagra Brands Inc., effective Jan. 4.
Lora spent 31 years at Taco Bell, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands Inc. She held a variety of leadership positions, most recently as president of Taco Bell’s international business from 2014 until her retirement earlier this year.
She has been a member of the board of directors of KB Home for more than 14 years and currently is the company’s lead independent director. She also is a member of the board of directors of MGIC Investment Corp., where she is part of the audit committee and risk committee.
