DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. – Duravant LLC announced Dec. 21 it had acquired Wulftec International Inc. Wulftec, based in Ayer’s Cliff, Quebec, has a product portfolio that includes semi-automatic and fully-automatic stretch wrappers, fully-automatic strapping machines and end-of-line system components.

Wulftec International has designed, engineered and manufactured stretch wrapping and strapping equipment for more than 25 years. The company offers packaging solutions to a number of markets including food and beverage, distribution and logistics, construction materials and consumer products.
