GREENTOP, Mo. – Officials from meat snack processor Western’s Smokehouse LLC announced the appointment of Mark Rempel as its president of sales. Having worked for more than 20 years in sales and leadership roles, including many years in the meat snack segment, Rempel will lead Western’s sales efforts and expand its share of the market by developing new sales channels for the company’s products.
