GOLDEN, Colo. – Coleman Natural Foods, one of the country’s largest organic and natural meat companies, expanded offerings for the 2019 holiday season to include ham and Italian-style sliced salumi.

Coleman’s uncured ham lineup now includes 8 oz. ham steak, which the company says complements larger serving sizes of ham such as whole, half and quarter-size spirals. The products are sourced from pork that is free from nitrates, nitrites, antibiotics, add hormones and artificial ingredients. The animals are raised crate-free, and are never fed animal by-products, according to Coleman.

The company also announced its entry to the deli category with a line of Italian-style, sliced salumi. The products will be sold in 3 oz. shelf-stable packages, and flavors include Hot Sopressata, Genoa Salame and Pepperoni.
