While at the Iowa State Fair in August one our editors came across the Rib Shack of Iowa tent. Several delightful meat options were available for customers to enjoy.

The one that stood out at the Rib Shack was the bacon-wrapped smoked chicken wings. Smothered in BBQ sauce and crunchy pieces of bacon, the chicken wings did not disappoint after enjoying a full day of fair festivities.

Even at 2 p.m., the tent continued to have a steady stream of customers ordering all kinds of meat items including The Chief that featured smoked beef brisket on a Navajo fried bread.
