WESTMINSTER, Colo. – Niman Ranch and Fat Tire brewery joined the beer-infused barbecue category with the Fat Tire BBQ Collection, a line of fully cooked beef and pork barbecue products.

The collection features Niman Ranch Certified Humane pork and beef infused with Fat Tire Amber Ale. The line includes shredded beef, beer bratwursts in beef and cheddar flavors, pulled pork and St. Louis-style pork ribs. The products will be available in specialty grocery stores such as LaBonne’s Market, Super 1 Foods, Dorothy Lane, Town and Country Markets and others.

Coleman Natural Foods and Budweiser Beer launched a line of barbecue sauces and meat products earlier this year. The promotional partnership was aimed at the retail prepared meats segment, which some in the industry believe is becoming stale.
