MARTINSVILLE, Va. — Two men were indicted this week on charges that one of them urinated on meat products at a Monogram Food Solutions manufacturing plant in Virginia while the other made a video of the incident to attempt to extort the company.
Maurice Howard allegedly urinated on ready-to-eat meat products inside the Monogram facility and on a door and doorjamb according to the three-count federal grand jury indictment.
Devin Stockton, the second man charged in the case, was allegedly participating by recording the incident using an iPhone.
Court documents said Howard threatened to use the video to extort money from Monogram and its contract sanitation provider (Packers Sanitation Services Inc.) (PSSI) and injure the property and reputation of the two companies.
The company did not respond to a request for comment.
