KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The North American Meat Institute (NAMI) and MEAT+POULTRY have announced a partnership to address the unique issues and opportunities facing family-owned meat and poultry companies. Family Business Focus will promote NAMI programs designed specifically for family businesses via a quarterly insert in the print edition of MEAT+POULTRY in addition to twice-monthly special reports included in MEAT+POULTRY’s Daily e-newsletter dedicated to tackling specific challenges facing family businesses. Family Business Focus will also become an ongoing part of the MEAT+POULTRY Podcast, including bi-monthly interviews with processors, consultants and academics offering insight on the nuances involved with surviving and thriving in a family business.
