FOREST GROVE, ORE. – After 50 years in the jerky business, Old Trapper is now introducing its Zero Sugar Beef Jerky. The sugar-free, low-carb option is available from retailers around the country.

Old Trapper's Zero Sugar Beef Jerky has no sugar, 2 grams of carbohydrates, 0.5 grams of fat and 14 grams of protein per 1-oz serving. 

The new jerky, made from lean strips of beef, seasoning and wood-fired smoke, comes in the brand’s signature clear packaging so consumers can see the product when purchasing. The suggested retail price is $14 per 8-oz package.
