AUSTIN, MINN. — Leslie Lee has been promoted to vice president of digital experience at Hormel Foods Corp. In this role, Lee will lead the company’s digital and e-commerce business strategy, overseeing digital marketing, e-commerce operations and innovation, digital product management, and data analytics and insights for all Hormel brands.
Lee was most recently director of shopper engagement within Hormel’s digital experience group, a role she has held since she joined the company in 2016. Prior to Hormel, Lee spent more than eight year with Conagra Brands Inc., most recently as director of shopper marketing corporate platforms and brand strategy. During her time with Conagra, she was also senior brand manager for Slim Jim, David Seeds and Alexia Crunchy Snacks. Before joining Conagra, Lee was senior manager for SunChips at PepsiCo Inc., brand manager for Special K at Kellogg Co. and band manager for the Campbell Soup Co.’s V8 brand.

The appointment of Lee follows a string of recent personnel moves at Hormel Foods. On Oct. 21, Clint Walters was promoted to vice president of Refrigerated Foods and John Forsythe was promoted to vice president of Grocery Products. On Oct. 20, Pierre Lilly was named senior vice president and chief compliance officer.
