SALISBURY, MD. — Lynn Clark has been named senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Perdue Farms.
In her new role, Clark will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s human resources strategy, including engaging and developing talent, shaping culture, and focusing on associate well-being through talent management, organization development, and inclusion and diversity. She will report to Randy Day, chief executive officer of Perdue Farms.
Clark joins Perdue from Colfax Corp., where she was chief HR officer for more than six years. Before that, she was chief HR officer for Mead Johnson Nutrition Co. Earlier, Clark held leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Lucent Technologies, Honeywell, Lee Hecht Harrison and Executone Communications, LLC. She began her career in university career counseling before moving into sales and marketing.
