OKLAHOMA CITY – Sonic Drive-In has introduced a limited time only (LTO) Twisted Texan Cheeseburger and Footlong Quarter Pound Coney.

The Twisted Texan Cheeseburger features a 100% pure beef patty topped with Sonic’s signature chili, American cheese and crispy onion strings, all layered on a toasted bakery bun. The Twisted Texan Footlong Quarter Pound Coney uses chili, cheddar cheese and crispy onion strings on a footlong, quarter-pound coney hot dog in a bakery bun.

“Warm, melty cheese and chili are spun together with crispy onion strings to take two familiar favorites, Sonic’s classic Cheeseburger and Footlong Quarter Pound Coney, to a whole new level of comfort with a Texan twist,” said Scott Uehlein, vice president of product innovation and development for Sonic. “Every mouthwatering bite will blow guests away with this unique celebration of Southwestern flavors.”

The Twisted Texan Cheeseburger and Footlong Quarter Pound Coney are only available at Sonic from May 3 through May 30 for $3.99 each. Customers can try one for half price by using the Sonic app.
