AUSTIN, MINN. — Hormel Foods Corporation’s Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation.

The dividend is to be paid May 15, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 17, 2010; this being the 327th quarterly dividend.
