DETROIT — Pizza and calzones collide in Little Caesars’ new hybrid offering: the Crazy Calzony.

The product features a pepperoni pizza middle surrounded by folded calzone-like crust filled with garlic white sauce, mozzarella cheese and julienne pepperoni all sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. The Crazy Calzony is served with Little Caesars’ Crazy Sauce for dipping.

“Our pizza visionaries have been working on this innovation for months,” said Jeff Klein, chief marketing officer at Little Caesars. “I’m eager for customers to finally get the chance to taste the cheesy goodness of one of our most exciting products yet.”

The Little Caesars Crazy Calzony is available to order online for $8.49 and will be offered on the pizza chain’s Hot-N-Ready platform beginning Aug. 23. The Crazy Calzony is available for a limited time.
