RESTON, VA. –Jim Goldberg, a former executive at an industry trade publishing company, where he served for 17 years in sales, marketing and education event development, has been named the Director of Membership for the North American Meat Processors Association (N.A.M..P).
Mr. Goldberg will help lead N.A.M.P.’s membership program, including a new-member initiative. While his primary focus will be on membership, N.A.M.P. has an added resource in his knowledge and skills in education event program development and marketing.
Mr. Goldberg is married to Dr. Shelly McKee, a professor of food science/poultry science at Auburn University in Auburn, Ala. Originally from Chicago, he will work remotely from Auburn. He will be in attendance at N.A.M.P.’s management conference later this week.
