AUSTIN – Whole Foods Market has announced it is now offering a new line of kosher poultry products supplied by the Hain Celestial Group under its Kosher Valley brand. Fresh and frozen whole turkeys and chickens are now available at select U.S. stores as well as ground turkey and tray packs of both. The new products were added in response to growing demand for the niche products and in conjunction with the Jewish High Holy Days, according to a Whole Foods official.

"Interest in kosher meat continues to grow," said Theo Weening, the retailer’s global meat buyer. "We’re excited to be able to offer a variety of superior chicken and turkey products to our customers for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur."
