KANSAS CITY, MO. – The publishing team at MEAT+POULTRY are proud to announce a new offering to its digital portfolio, “Meat Snack News,” a monthly e-newsletter that will debut on Aug. 18.
According to Future Market Insights (FMI), the market share for meat snacks is expected to grow to 12% of the global meat market. Additionally, the market in the United States is projected to top a value of $10.1 billion in 2022 and grow to $21.3 billion in the next 10 years, according to FMI.
“Especially over the past 3-5 years, in visits with processors of all sizes and based on the overall growing consumer demand for snacks on the market, we recognized that the production and availability of meat-based snacks have been increasing exponentially,” said Dave Crost, publisher of MEAT+POULTRY. “It made sense for us to offer readers a newsletter dedicated to this segment, covering it from the processor’s perspective and including news, trends, new product innovations and technology reports related to the production of meat snacks.”
