VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — Turn-key freezing and cooling equipment company FPS Food Process Solutions Corp. announced several senior appointments.
Richard Quélo was promoted to general manager for FPS’s European division. He brings over 25 years of experience in the food industry.
Quélo will focus on growing the company’s operations while leading its European sales division, where he will execute growth strategies and bring FPS’s stringent hygiene and food safety standards to European markets.
With more than 30 years of purchasing and business operations experience, Jason MacDougall has taken on the role of director of global procurement as of November 2021. MacDougall’s new responsibilities include mapping out the best-in-class procurement functions to continue FPS’s global expansion.
After joining FPS in January 2020 as the business development manager, Jason Cathey was recently promoted to director of service for US operations. In this role, Cathey’s responsibilities include technical service support, audits, site visits and customer relationship management.
Cathey brings more than 20 years in the food processing industry. He previously worked for Tyson Foods as maintenance manager.
