The free 90-minute online course will explore the role engagement plays for the individual, the entire team and the organization as a whole.

The second webinar, “An Overview of Food Defense,” is scheduled for March 8 at 2 p.m. EST.

Bucknavage provides technical support and training in program areas that include food microbiology, food defense, food processing, auditing, food safety for retail, foodservice, and volunteer organizations, and consumer food safety.
The food defense webinar will overview a company’s actions to prevent the intentional adulteration of the food they produce. Bucknavage will share facility-wide procedures used in conjunction with more specific strategies developed through the outcome of a vulnerability assessment.
