IRVING, TEXAS — Darling Ingredients has made several changes to its executive management team.
Matt Jansen will take over as the new chief operating officer, North America. Jansen has more than 30 years of executive management experience in the global agri-food industry. He was previously chief executive officer of Saudi Arabia Agriculture and Livestock Investment Co. and CEO of COFCO International.
The company also announced their executive vice president of US rendering operations, Rick Elrod, is retiring in April 2024. Elrod has been with the company for more than 30 years.
Brandon Lairmore, who is currently the company’s senior vice president north central region, will succeed Elrod.
