MARSHFIELD, WIS. — Wenzel’s Farm announced it will celebrate its 75th anniversary. The small-batch hand-crafted meat snack company has a full day of events planned to commemorate the milestone and invited the public to join in the celebration.

“With our 75th Anniversary, we wanted to thank our employees, and community for all of their support of the years,” said Wenzel’s President Mark Vieth. “As a company we couldn’t be more excited and honored to celebrate this incredible milestone.”

The celebration will start at noon, Aug. 19 at Wenzel’s Park in Marshfield and will include family-friendly games and activities and record-breaking events. Wenzel’s Farm invited attendees to watch and participate in a karaoke competition and attend a free concert by nationally acclaimed and chart-topping sibling duo, Jocelyn and Chris. Further announcements and events can be found at the Wenzel’s Farm website and social media channels.

Over its 75 years Wenzel’s grew from a local meat shop to a national brand available in more than 8,000 retail locations. The company remains on the original farmstead where it started producing meat products in 1949 and added an additional 8,000 square feet to the current facility in 2022.

Wenzel’s offers 14 snack stick varieties and five jerky varieties processed in small batches. In 2022, their Smoked BBQ, and Sweet and Spicy Beef Jerky won CSP 2022 Retailer’s Choice Best New Products award in the Meat Snack category, and the new Dill Pickle flavored meat stick won the Hot New Products Award from CStore Decisions in the meat snacks category.
